1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, submitting a quote request, or placing a purchase order with National Electrical Wholesalers ("NEW", "we"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. B2B use only
The site is intended for business customers, panel builders, EPC contractors, OEMs and licensed electrical contractors. Consumer / retail use is not supported.
3. Quotations & orders
Prices, availability and lead times displayed online are indicative. A binding quotation is issued in writing after our sales team reviews stock and freight. Purchase orders are accepted only upon our written confirmation.
4. Payment
Standard terms are 100% advance against pro-forma invoice for first orders, and mutually agreed credit terms thereafter, subject to approval. GST is charged extra at applicable rates.
5. Delivery
Ex-works dispatch is typically 24–72 hours from receipt of cleared payment for in-stock items. Freight, insurance and unloading are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty
All products carry standard manufacturer warranty. NEW facilitates warranty claims with the OEM but does not extend an independent warranty.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEW's liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, product photography, editorial copy — is owned by NEW or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
